If you access your email on multiple devices,

MAP
is the recommended method. POP is an alternate method, however POP doesn’t allow several different devices to access the same email.

POP
downloads the email to that device (e.g. computer) only and does not share onto other devices (e.g. mobile phone, tablet)

IMAP
This allows the emails to share across devices. (e.g. computer, tablet and mobile phone)

Incoming (IMAP) Server: mail.letterdigital.com.au
Incoming Port: 993 (SSL)
Outgoing (SMTP) Server: mail.letterdigital.com.au
Outgoing Port: 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL)
Username: Your full @letterdigital.com email address
Password: Your email account password
